B) Research Interests and Current Projects
There is increasing interest in the use of dried blood spots as an exposure science tool, particularly for research on newborns, participants from low- and middle-income countries and remote locations. My masters' research focuses on the development and validation of a novel method for the quantification of essential elements and lead, a persistent environmental contaminant, in human dried blood spots
